Since we started in 2007, we have worked according to our vision that we will support our customers, consultants and candidates achieve their visions. And because today, ten years later, we have a record-breaking network of outstanding HR people, we feel that we can conclude that we have succeeded in doing that. We have made a name for ourselves in the HR world.

How can we help you today?

With us you can select from a range of different packaged HR services. We’re also happy to tailor a solution for your specific requirements.

We believe that understanding and putting ourselves in your situation are the single most important tasks we have. This means that we prefer to work as close to you as possible. It’s only then that we can propose solutions that suit you and your needs.

Once you meet us, (perhaps you’ll do so after you’ve read this text), you realise pretty quickly how we work. For example, that we like long-term relationships. We love what we do, and that’s why we careful that our co-operation should work as well as possible. This means that, among other things, we focus on quality and effectiveness equally.

What’s it like to work with us?

If you were to ask someone we work with, (please do!), they would probably say that we are a committed and professional group of people that likes to have fun at work. We think meetings are best when both worlds meet – when we can have an information meeting on labour law that finishes with darts and grilled marshmallows. Or finish a packed working week with a marathon dancing session at the office.

Another thing that sets us apart from our competitors is the fact that we always work in teams to resolve clients’ challenges. We believe that we have a great deal to learn from each other and that it is this combination of our strengths that makes us strong.

How did it all start?

The first step towards ID Entity being what it is today was taken back in 2007, when two of its founders, Ylva Ottosson and Cecilia Hasslev, who are still working at the company, left a major organisation and decided to start a client-centric company with an HR focus. And thanks to our shared experience of the field, and in combination with our extensive contact network, it didn’t take long before ID Entity become an established name.

And now, 10 years later, we’re delighted that we took that first step. But we know as little about the future now as we did then. The only thing that we’re certain about is that we will continue to develop together with our clients, colleagues, consultants and candidates. And we’ll have fun doing it!

  • Tests and test results are treated confidentially; you receive feedback.
