How is this done?

Follow the recruitment process step by step

We always start with an analysis of an organisation’s needs, company culture and current circumstances. Personality and competence then become key for the perfect specification.

Announcements are drafted and published, and we start mapping potential candidates in parallel. Naturally, information regarding your company is handled with the utmost care: your brand is always our top priority.

During individual meetings, we interview candidates and outline the company and the role. We present those who best match the specification to you, and book a meeting at your offices.

Following a meeting at your offices, we review interest from you as a client and from candidates. One or two final candidates then go forward for testing and reference gathering.

Occasionally, it can be worthwhile to see each other in a practical work situation. We therefore setup reality-based scenarios for final candidates to complete.

Now we’re getting close to our end-goal. Together with you, we go through the various stages of the process and you can now offer your future colleague the position. Congratulations!
