- We meet you and go through the role, your culture and expectations of the candidate.
- Prior to interview, the candidate completes two web-based tests, one a personal analysis, the other a logic test.
- We meet the candidate and hold an in-depth interview based on the results of the personality analysis. Focus is placed on those characteristics and drives that are important for the role and organisational culture. Clear feedback of the test results is provided during the meeting so that the candidate feels that he or she is treated professionally, and assured that he or she has been understood correctly.
- You receive a written feedback report that provides an overview of the test results and the interview, and input regarding the match in terms of the role and company culture. We can also meet face-to-face if you wish.
- If you wish, we can also compile a portfolio of references
We are licensed to run Assessios tests, and have chosen to work primarily with Hogan’s Personality and Motivation analyses, as well as the Matrigma logic test.
